I have a question about the automatic TAG of a voicetrack. For me, there will automatically be a name under "Artist" that I want to change to a different name. I can of course adjust this every time with every recorded VT, but I would like this to be automatic. I can't find where to change that.

You can specify the default Artist or Title of a VoiceTrack recording in the User Settings, see the 'More' tab and click on the 'A' resp. 'T' at the end of the Recording Filename. You find the User Settings at the top right under the user icon.

It works fine until I close and restart proppfrexx. After that the old "Artist" name comes back. Can I possibly find this somewhere in the registry and change it there so that it is permanent?

Hi, that is true and a bug! The initial restore of a changed value at startup had a typo.
This will be corrected soon in the next version!
