ProppFrexx freeze/crash after running for multiple days

Hi,

We have ProppFrexx and we have it running / playing music for multiple days without touching it. However after a couple of days ProppFrex has stopped playing music and the program has frozen, it doesn't respond anymore, and we have to end the program and start it up again. Does anyone have more info about this issue?

In the windows logfiles, we found windows checking for updates around the time ProppFrex was freezing.

No, that must be something really strange. Wg. a driver update issue? Really hard to say. Does the ProppFrexx Error.log file reveal anything ?

We have customers running ProppFrexx nonstop for months and years without touching it. But yes, these also leave the entire environment untouched.

Any News?
I there are no entries in the Error.log file, then it must be related to the Windows Update. Especially a update of a driver (e.g. audio, IO or graphics while using it might cause this).
