Recording output and input channels

When I record different output or input channels, I set also different output folders for these recordings. But after I restart PF these settings are gone and each channel has again the default output folder for recordings (as defined in settings). Can you please arrange these settings are stored, saved somewhere and loaded after restart, i.e. PF remembers the different output folders for each channel which is recorded?
