Number of listeners

I am not able to see number of listeners in streaming monitor window. The coloumn is empty and no number is shown when server connected. Shall I send you printscreen of streaming server setting?

Icecast, but I do not know version. Can you please advice where can I find it on our paid streaming server site? Hm, I get feeling it is because the new server we changed. Before it was working well on old server but we changed it because of some problems. So I will have to ask support of our server.

Which type of streaming-server are you using (SHOUTcast, ICEcast etc.) and which version of that server is that?
I just made a quick test here and it displays the listener count just fine on a SHOUtcast v1 and v2 server as well as on an ICEcast server.
