After a computer change i reinstalled all but when in proppfrexx i try to restore backup it show my a windows with restore Failed.

Any more details?
As the window being displayed when the restore failed typically shows a more detailed error reason.
Beside that you might also try to manually copy the config files from the backup directory directly to your new ProppFrexx AppUserData folder.
