Re: Script with only one artist
Ahh yes, I now have checked the "supress global history check" at script level - I had them on row level. Now it works fine!

Script with only one artist
Hi Bernd, I'm trying to create a script which plays only one artist, however, it should keep the title as history check. I thought that with the following settings I would be able to achieve this, but no luck so far. Max history (script level) set to 2 (I did this to see if lowering would help, but ...

Re: Tags sometimes not being read
Hmm, it seems that I had the auto reload option enabled, however I had the "Except folder libs" option enabled too! Disabled that now, I'll monitor and will look for tracks that have been played that should not have played in the future. Thanks for your exceptional explanation, Bernd!

Re: Tags sometimes not being read
Hi Bernd, The question is how (and where) you edit the meta data. Note, that PF caches all meta data into memory for fast access. Ie. They are loaded directly at startup. It now depends from where you edit the meta data - and this is by design and purpose. It was being edited by TCP Command EXEC_TAG...

Every now and then, a song is being played with a rating that I know is 20. However, Proppfrexx only recognises the rating a...

Nevermind, I was being stupid. I did not reload my media library. Hope it may help someone in the future!

Re: Advanced filter: filter on directory name
From this thread: viewtopic.php?t=2894 I can see that "Filename" should also contain the directory. This does not work for me, I try uppercase and lowercase (is it case sensitive?).

Advanced filter: filter on directory name
Hi Bernd,
Say I want to include items in a certain directory, how can I do this? I hoped I would be able to do so with 'Filename' (and not 'FilenameOnly'), but it appears I am not able to.
Can you advise on what to do to filter on directory names?

Re: TCP socket concurrency
Awesome, I only had to check for the double line endings. Thank you so much!
