Seperate date related history for RVT playlists
Hi Bernd, Nowadays we often use the Remote Voicetrack option in Proppfrexx. Every working day between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. These are blocks of 2 hours. The only problem we run into is that duplicate songs are being planned. So one RVT program can contain songs from the RVT program after it. I know the...

Re: Quick question about overruling
That's what i thought. But my command I'm using should be ok? So it should start immediate after the overlay is finished playing. But I find it very strange it is not and even stranger why the sound is not forwarded. I tried it on our current proppfrexx system and on a other pc with a demo of proppf...

Re: Quick question about overruling
I have the following command in the overlay settings: on playing: MODSTREAM_WATCHER_START http://stream:url|true|false And I unchecked 'StartWithNextTrack' in the modstream settings. But same results. During the overlay, the modstream appears. Load the stream url well and wait for the overlay to fin...

Re: Quick question about overruling
I tested it here again. There is no overlay and no playlist. When I start the modstream it works fine. Then the scheduler loads an overlay with the news. This will play and the modstream will be loaded during playback of that overlay. This does have a signal because the vu meter of the modstream rea...

Re: Quick question about overruling
I tried but the modstream sound is not forwarded after playing an overlay I planned it like this: When the overlay plays, the modstream loads. So when the overlay has finished playing, the modstream should start playing. The modstream does output audio, but somehow it is not forwarded to my output c...

Quick question about overruling
Hi Bernd, just to be sure this question: If the modstream is running and an overlay is going to play, will the overlay take over the sound and will the modstream be muted? And when that overlay is finished playing, does the sound of the modstream reappear? I think it works like this, but I'm not sur...

Re: Overlay supressed or not when not specific selected.
"BUT! you can set an overlay option called ForceUsageNeverSuppress!
If that option is set, the overlay is never suppressed.
So I recommend to use that option for your hourly Overlays. "
OK! I will set this option on the hourly overlays and try it out! Thanks for the info!

Overlay supressed or not when not specific selected.
Hi, in our script that we use we have 2 embedded containers as overlay. 1 for commercials and 1 for headlines and both about the half of the hour. Now I understand that these selected overlays are suppressed, to prevent a double play out. But on the hour between the program change, we have news and ...
