I am so confused because each software uses its own format for storing multiple genre tags. I 've tested foobar, xmplay, mediamonkey, musicbee, mp3tag I don't know finally which is the correct. For example when I save "Alternative; Dance" in PF Tagger it is saved as : (20)/(3) MediaMonkey ...

I think that Full .Net v4.5 is installed with vs2012 express.
However I reinstalled (in fact repaired) .Net v4.5 from the standalone file "dotnetfx45_full_x86_x64.exe" found at microsoft's site.
Do you have any other FULL .Net v4.5 link ?
That exception still raises.

Just now I 've read that proppfrexx does not support .net v4.5
