I updated to v4.0.2.11, both MLS and PFOA, rescanned all libraries on MLS and PFOA, but still see foldernames in the album tags. Don't know what else to do.

Hi Bernd, Yes, we are using a MLS. See attached screenshot for the settings. I cannot find an option 'Use Folder as Album Default' here.
