Re: Restore older version.
I have all looked at that and tried it. GPIO client and Proppfrexx have the same version. GPIO exension runs and port numbers are the same. Mcafee virus scan / firewall uninstalled, windows defender disabled, I have totality no idea what it can be. What I say, the other system that is set up with th...

Re: Restore older version.
The commands do arrive from the mixer in the monitor of the gpio.
The problem is really in the connection from the gpio client to proppfrexx.
The other system is a completely separate studio with the same equipment. (D & R Airence mixer and proppfrexx)

Re: Restore older version.
the above does not seem to work anyway. the address bar remains empty, the gpio client indicates that it is connected, but the mixer's sliders and buttons do not work. As soon as I put the link back in the address bar, I get the error message again. I'm pretty sure I have all the settings right. Ano...

Re: stream live broadcasts
Can you indicate how I should do that? I do not get it running with icecast. I also tried shoutcast. that does not work either.

stream live broadcasts
Hi Bernd,
We use Sonifex streamers for live broadcasts. we now stream an mp3 320kbps stream to the icecast server which also runs proppfrexx. The sonifex streamer can also stream PCM. can this also be picked up by the MOD stream in proppfrexx?

reinstall server.
Hi Bernd, We want to completely reinstall the server where proppfrexx is installed. This is likely because the sound card is not properly installed and we have here occasionally problems with it. We are now running version 4.0.4.23. I have made a complete backup in proppfrexx. If I have reinstalled ...

Re: Restore older version.
this works: You can also try to delete the 'Server Address' field in the GPIO client completely - it will than try to find the correct address automatically and reconnect.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Restore older version.
hello Bernd,
is it possible to restore an older version of proppfrexx? after installing version v4.0.5.0, the gpio no longer works. now I want to test if it works again when I run version v4.0.4.23.
Thanks for the comment.
best regards,
Otto Wienk.
