Optimized TAG reading during Library ReScan
The TAG reading during any library ReScan operation has been optimized, so that the old tags for existing tracks are available as long as the new TAGs have been read in.

Drag and Drop bug-fix related to a UI lib issue
Due to a bug in the UI lib I am using, some drag and drop operations have been not working anymore. This is now fixed.

Event import can now replace or add
During the event import (of control-commands) you now asked, if you might want to overwrite (replace) or add to existing once.

Direct CuePoint value editing added to Segue-Editor
The Segue-Editor of the Single-Tracks (when clicking on the colored line below the the WaveForm) now allows you to directly edit the numeric cue-point values. For all other players, this can be done directly with the WaveForms context-menu (select the Cue-Points sub-menu and press F2 over the related Cue-Point).

New AllowEarlyCloseStartTime option (Program and Overlay)
So far, when the 'Allow Start Early' option was set for a Soft starting Program or Overlay, the first ending track of the current playlist started that program/overlay early. The new 'AllowEarlyCloseStartTime' option allows you to start the program/overlay as close to the StartTime as possible. This by validating the subsequent remaining tracks, if they would still end before the effective StartTime. This means, that any track still ending before the StartTime will still be played and the program/overlay is started early after.
