v3.0.11.15 - stable

Post by radio42 »

Version 3.0.11.15 is out!

What's New?
  • Audio Engine emergency bug-fix
  • Countdown/StopWatch added to OnAirTime panel
  • Mixer panel resize bug-fix
  • Various other optimizations
  • Other smaller bug-fixes
  • unstable

Audio Engine emergency bug-fix
Due to the audio engine emergency bug-fix we highly recommend to use this version instead of the previous v3.0.11.14!
The audio engine bug might result in an application crash in a certain scenario caused by the used audio engine.

Countdown/StopWatch added to OnAirTime panel
Right-Click on the OnAir time window panel and select 'Stop Watch...' from the context menu to invoke the new 'Stop Watch' feature.
In the context menu you also fine the 'Countdown' options. A new 'Custom Countdown...' options allows you to freely define your countdown time/duration.
The Countdown or StopWatch appears in a new window and can be started/paused by a simple click on the time display.

Please use the v3.0.11.16 instead!

That's funky - I need to talk with the developer of audio engine about it.
It seems to related to the new look-ahead cache reading feature.
You might disable this new feature in the general settings - section 'General/Audio' and set the 'Lookahead Cache' value to 0 (zero)!
Then v3.0.11.15 should run stable.

Right!!! Please Bernd, I'm not using ProppFrexx because the software it is so complete, that it is difficult.
For example, I have not yet managed to make a commercial block, or left fixed the Segue-editor.
I read and re-read 1000 times the manual and try try try some features, but nothing...

Thanks, your soft is professional!

I´m still working on a FAQ for our university radio staton, but it´s in german. I think I would make screencasts, if I have the time, but it would also be in german. If you can support me, I can do that.

Hey Bernd,

the stopwatch window is nice and small; it looks like a good idea to make it dockable to the ribbon area (with 1280x1024 resolution you should have some free space up there)… Do you think you could do that?

Greetings

Sven
