I can only repeat myself, the "Convert To Sweeper" function had (since it was introduced in v4) only been enabled in the Professional- or Enterprise-Edition. You can try it yourself...add a bunch of tracks incl. one Jingle to an empty playlist - mark the Jingle track and click on the newly added "Convert To Sweeper" button at the playlist ribbon tab!
This button was never working with the Premium Edition. And the ALT keyboard shortcut was designed to be a shortcut of that function.
I don't know, if if it was accidentally working in a previous version - if yes, I am sorry and I might enable that in a Premium Edition - but that must then wait till a later version...
