Re: Wrong track duration
Thank you everything is ok now
Re: Wrong track duration
Yes, I did change something.
I am now use a save and transactional way to save any playlist and config files!
The way it is done is the following:
a) I do first save the playlist file under a .~tmp filename
b) once successfully written, i do replace the .~tmp filename with the original filename
In this last step, the 'File.Replace' function (which is a function of the operating system) also creates a .bak file for backup purposes.
I do however NOT create any such .pfp~RF1a174ba.TMP filenames, NOR do I do this recursively or very often.
So what do you mean by 'indefinitly' and when exactly does this happen.
Maybe we should do a TeamViewer session to take a look at your laptop?!
Edit: No, I now do see what is going on...it is the AutoWatch feature, which keeps working in the loop with the above mentioned change, as it recognizes the new .~tmp files are modified folder libs!

Re: Wrong track duration
Hello Bernd,
Strange.... have the same issue here. Last version of PF (39)
This is a show recorded at home. In Google Drive it's correct length.... If I play it manual in PFL player it plays with correct length. Only through scheduler it says the wrong time.......
Kind regards Erik

Re: Wrong track duration
A length of -1 as shown in your screen simply indicates, that the file can not be read/accessed.
So I guess it is not a bug but just a problem of being able to read and access the file

Re: Wrong track duration
Maybe the TAG data can not be read-in at the first time because it is a google drive?
I do not know your exact TAG reading settings as well as if the location of the file is a virtual google drive or a regular local file path.
I can from the screen shot only see, that The duration info contains ??:?? question marks and this is only displays if no meta data can be read in.
How does the info screen look like once the file was played via the PFL Player?
It also looks like the file was never actually played via a DJ Player?! This could also indicate that it was inaccessible?! Or was the entry played normally within the playlist via the DJ Players?
