The "MatchesAnyOf" criretion is a manual extension, which is unfortunately not selectable in the visual editor, so you need to switch to the text view to add it.

Unfortunately 'Filter-Editor' component is maintained by the UI lib vendor (which I am using) and currently this component simply doesn't support adding 'own/custom' filters to the visual tree, but only the text editor - that's why I am limited as well at the moment.
But once they support it, I'll support that as well.
