Auto save I have disabled as you can see on picture... During the weekend I will try and let you know.

The What to Save would still apply if you save manually. However that is also set.
But I don't understand what's so difficult in describing how you tested things?
I mean you assumed it's a bug so you must have tested it somehow...

Indeed it is. If I copying the file to another location, generates a new GUID. A try sets Media Libs in Tagger. Previously, however, the GUID transferred seamlessly

I still do not get how you test things (resp. how you set your stuff; e.g. where all you use media libs and if file names might be existed beforehand etc.) - but I'll just wait for your further tests, as I am absolutely not able to reproduce that with fresh new audio files...
And as said, nothing was changed with respect to the GUID handling anywhere in the last versions ... so I can only assume, that you somehow or somewhere either changed a config parameter or changed your work-flow...

I do so since the beginning: New music I put to the "New Music" folder. This folder isn't in Media Libs in Propp. In this folder I sets mixing points in Tagger. Than I export it to .csv for Powergold a and move new songs to the Media Lib folder "Music". After this transfer completely new songs, GUID was changed. In v3 It worked without changing the GUID... I do not know what I'm doing wrong :)

Here is the sequence of my test:

1. I copied a new file in a temp folder.
2. I opened in the PF Tagger that folder and selected the file
3. I pressed ALT+2 to see the track info: GUID is empty (all 0000...)
4. I opened the PFL Player for that track, set some cue points - clicked on 'Save Meta Data TAG', closed the PFL Player
5. Saved and closed the folder in the Tagger
6. I reopened the folder in the Tagger
7. Again selected the same track, and pressed ALT+2...
8. The fresh and new GUID showed up: "8a1b8b9c-32e9-4f9c-a55e-362d3af7da4a"
9. Closed the Ttagger
...
10. I copied the track from the temp folder to another folder...using the windows explorer
...
11. I open ProppFrexx ONAIR...
12. Click on new to create an empty playlist window
13. Drag&Drop the file from the new folder to the playlist window
14. select it and press ALT+2..
15. The same GUID showed up: "8a1b8b9c-32e9-4f9c-a55e-362d3af7da4a"
...
16. Now I copied the original file from the temp folder to another folder which is managed as a media lib.
17. The file however did not exist so far
18. I performed a Rescan of the media lib (to be sure to find that new track)
19. I opened the media lib in the playlist (Open - Media Library ...)
20. I searched for the new track, found it, selected it, pressed ALT+2...
21. The same GUID showed up: "8a1b8b9c-32e9-4f9c-a55e-362d3af7da4a"
..
22. Now I again copied the original file from the temp folder to even another folder which is managed as a media lib.
23. This time however the file WAS ALREADY EXISTING, so I did overwrite it with the new one!
24. I performed a Rescan of the media lib (but would not have really been necessary)
25. I opened that media lib in the playlist (Open - Media Library ...)
26. I again searched for the track, found it, selected it, pressed ALT+2...
27. This time another GUID showed up: "7b80efec-95bb-4018-a683-ee0fce26d4ba"
-> but this WAS EXPECTED, as explained above!
-> note, that be default the plalyist (in this case the _synced_.pfp) has meta data priority, as such the 'old' GUID of the previous track, which was overwritten took precedence.
If I would delete the _synced_.pfp, perform a Rescan to rebuild it and then check the track, it then would get the new GUID!

As you can clearly see, all works as expected!
Maybe PowerGold manipulates the file, reconverts it, removes all existing TAGs in the file, whatsoever... I do not know?!
But it is for sure not ProppFrexx having an issue here.
Btw, the exact same thing/behavior happens in v3!

That's how it worked me too. I guess I'm somewhere something wrong set. I do it all closely. Thanks very much and have a nice weekend.

So please try to skip the 'PowerGold' steps... and see, if that changes things - also check, if PowerGold manipulates the file...

Powergold does nothing with files... From Tagger I only exported *.csv file for Powergold for import Artist, Title, Durration, etc. Powergold can not work with the files.

Maybe any other software... as said, I don't know!
...you can try the exact same steps above yourself and try to figure out at which of the above setps the GUID changes on your system ;-)
If you figure it out, tell me the exact step...
