Hi,
this is very puzzling, as I can not reproduce this here myself.
However, I have provided a v4.0.5.37-Beta (so "Check for Beta-Versions..." to update) in order to try, if that solves the issue. In that beta version I have reverted back one little change I made to the scheduler handling which was made to the .34 version.
Maybe you can give this a try?!

I can confirm that. Since the update to the current version (v4.0.5.36) of PFOA no longer plays overlays.
The overlays are listed in the window "Upcoming Overlays" but the player does not appear and plays nothing. The log does not show any errors.
It works again with the .37-beta version.

Then I guess we found the issue and I shortly will post an official update.

The official v4.0.5.38 update fixes this issue!
