Else, just send me these dump eg. via WeTransfer.

Else I still do not understand the condition when it crashes resp. when it doesn’t crash.
Also note, that you are using the Demo v4 version, which terminates automatically after 2 consecutive hours!!!

And have you looked to the SHOUTcast server log? Can you provide that for the time when the error occurred?

In that log you can only see clients (DST) connecting.
But no source (SRC) connecting (as in my example). So it still seems, that ProppFrexx is not connecting to your server, ie. it might still somehow be blocked within your local network.
However, I'll forward the dump file to have it analyzed by the audio lib vendor!

Right I'm looking in my Firewall setting under Monitoring and Action is set to Allow, there are two listings for PF though as you ca see with the attached image grab. Shouldn't there just be one and would that cause any conflict

One entry is for TCP and the other for the UDP protocol - so that is normal.
However, both are only for inbound traffic, but there should also be 2 for outbound traffic as well?!

hmm, it was listed as an Outbound rule but I see it's disappeared so I've just added a new rule but still it's not showing up under the firewall Monitoring section. Also under Inbound Rules there are 6 rules listed

I am not an/your IT admin - the screenshots even look quite different to me.
Lets wait when the audio lib developer find out.
However, as it works for hundreds of other users, I am still very sure, that this is some local issue to your environment/setup/machine.

If you maybe have a 2nd machine somewhere, you might try there with a fresh setup?

I understand that this is probably some local issue and if you recall it V3 was working fine until out of the blue this problem started and yet doing a clean uninstall of V3 and installing V4 the problem has transferred over. So somewhere there is a conflict between PF and Windows 10 occurring, so I'm trying to troubleshoot every possibility. I fully appreciate all the help and advise you've given and really would like to be able to solve this so I can purchase the full version. So I am hoping the developer comes back with some resolution.
