Overlay player hangs

Dear Bernd,
The las 2 days \i have had 2x a crash of the overlayplayer. It just stops when playing.
I have rebooted the system and hoped for the best.
This morning however it stopped again but this time it did restart after a few seconds.
The following was in the log when I got home:

The overlay constists of 3 files. 1: jingle, 2: news item, 3: jingle. Nothing has changed to the settings in the last weeks.
The first time I had this problem was last wednessday.
Machine: Intel 3Ghz, 4Gb ram, Win7/64. Ati video, M-audio sound card.
