It would be very useful to add a graph to the streaming monitor, to update # of listeners at a period of time.
That statistical info will be very helpful to program director.

That's a very old request.
But I do not really want to start adding these things, as it doesn't really add much value.
As there would be the need for additional relay server's to consider into the graph, other stats, like geo location info etc. etc.
There are tons of good streaming server statistics apps available out there - why develop another one

I mean a simple graph of the listeners count for some hours. Not geo locations etc.

I don't know if there are tons of such applications.
But I know that there are also many web browsers and rss feed apps, but you have inplemented them in PFOA.
