Different output per mediatype

Hi Bernd,

Is that possible to set an output channel for each mediatype?
ie. I have 3 channel like DECKS, SPOTS, STDBY which mixed together to the OUT channel.

"Musics" are played on the DECKS channel,
"Jingles" are played on the "SPOTS" channel, and
"Reports" (or anything else) are played on STDBY channel.

Regards,
David

No, an output per media type wouldn't make any sense at all!

BUT, you can of course define a different output mixer channel per:
- DJ Player (e.g. DJ A goes to Out1; DJ B goes to Out2 etc.)
- Standby Player (even each standby player could have its own output)
- Cartwall I and II could get a different mixer output channel as well

See general settings, section 'Routing'.

Yes, I know I can change the routing that way, but I would like to change it when a track loads.
For example when a jingle loads to Deck A, I'd like to change the output of "Deck A" to SPOTS by a command.
Is that possible?

No, that is not possible.
I even assume, that this would confuse 99% of all users ;-)
As the user must then hardly think which fader to use...
