My program ends the playlist is not lording i have to do it myself

how can i use using the global Event/Commands ?

i have 5:59 AM a public service announcement (PSA)
than at 6AM News feed (RSS) i have the URL ends at 6:20AM
than at 6:20:10 station ID
than 6:21 public service announcement (PSA)
than go back to playlist to paly songs

how can i set up this for 5:59AM and at 12:59PM and at 5:59 PM than at 7:59 PM

from 9PM to 5:58 AM is all mp3 songs... its all 24/7

how can i setup without me been in the DJ room or when I'm sleep...to run the show

By default, when a program ends, a next one is started by the program scheduler, e.g. you need a subsequent program to be defined.
I guess, what you mix here are Events/Commands - these are NOT used to start programs!

For the things use are asking for you use the program scheduler (longer running, regular scripts are playlists etc.) and the overlay scheduler (short running, things on top, like Ads, News, Jingles, etc.)

Mainly item 7.and 8.

If a program/script should always start with a 'Top-of-the-Hour and that is your 'PSA', that can also be solved by an initial script-line, which is not looped.
But the news feed url sounds sounds exactly like an overlay thing. Note, that also a small non-looped script can be used as an overlay to play multiple items.
