Mixer Settings for use without console

Hello Bernd.
I 'd like some help to setup PFOA to use it's mixing faders without any external mixing console.
I have currently 3 (hardware) sound outputs. I can use more if needed.
What I need is:
Output1: Main out. Will feed the streaming server, barix instreamer etc.
Output2: Monitor out (loudspeakers).
Output3: PFL (earphones). If PFL is off, it will be the same to Output1.
Output4: Virtual sound card (send to skype, voip, etc). Will be mix minus. Will send all channels but LineIn2.
LineIn1: Mic Input. Will send to Output1, Output4.
LineIn2: virtual sound card (receive from skype, voip, etc). Will send to Output1, Output2, Output3.
When LineIn1 fader is down or this channel is off, audio will feed Output2.
If LineIn1 fader is up or the channel is on, Output2 will mute.
What I also want is to be able to talk to voip off air (while Output4 fader is down).
Is that all possible ?
