Bernd, how can I achieve Extended Global History Check is used also when adding track to empty playlist through right click in playlist and Adding tracks from media library for let´s say 2 hours? Is it just a question of setting right parameters for global song history or just normal song history?

But not in basic version.

The Global Song History is only effected/checked, when adding tracks from within a script, but not when adding tracks manually.
You might however define a script to reflect and populate your 2 hours and then select 'Add Tracks From...' and here select this mentioned script.
In such case the Global Song History will be checked.

The Basic-Edition doesn't support scripting.
Scripts are supported by the Premium-Edition or any higher Edition.

I know that. OK, no problem. I was thinking about some check even when manually added tracks. For example with right click and checking if some tracks do not fullfil extended history check rules.

As explained manually addd tracks are not checked.
Manually means manually to me and thus the end-user has full control.
