playing jingles

Post by Michel67 »

Hi Bernd,

if i start a jingle with the button on the Airlite it will cut off early. If I start the same jingle with the mouse, it will play completely as it should. ACPD is turned off for jingles. Any idea where to look to get this right?

kind regards

Hi Bernd. I have a question regarding a voice (like an ID). It is a short one, it has only 3 seconds. The final part it was faded and the next song played over it. What should we do? Where should we look in order to fix similar problems? Thank you!

I don’t know what commands you are even using currently- it somehow doesn’t sound all right. I.e. I didn’t got your initial question l.

The new question is also unclear to me.
Do you mind explaining to me what exactly you want to achieve and how you currently implemented it and where exactly you are facing an issue??

suppressACPD.jpg
Michel, what we do with very short files is suppressACPD an SuppressFading. That works perfect. See attached.

Hi, thank you for the response to my question from a year ago. At the time I was able to solve it, but I don't remember exactly how

Sorry, but I did not respond, as you have written, that you solved it by yourself.

Also note, that you can even suppress the ACPD for short tracks in the general setting, section Mixing. Just define the length of tracks which should be excluded.

But @ElenorRadio’s question is still puzzling me. .

Thank you. Suppressing the ACPD for short tracks solved the problem.
