Double tracking
May I know why the scheduler doesn’t kill off the previous script when the next program plays?
This problem was observed over a few weeks, and happens on an irregular basis. I've checked and changed some of the script and scheduler settings and overlay options, but nothing seems to work. The programs have the same settings as well. Could you please enlighten me with some advice? Thanks so much

Re: Double tracking
It does! At least no other customer is complaining about it.
When a program is started by the scheduler and a new, subsequent program program is started by the scheduler - the previous one is stopped.
This is the case for all our customers - so if that is not the case with you - please show all your related and detailed program and overlay scheduler items and explain in detail how to reproduce your issue.
Also let me know what exact version you are using and what license you are using.

Re: Double tracking
See my other post - there seems to be something missconfigured - e.g. make sure the "Continuous Mode" is enabled and the programs are not overlapping.

Re: Double tracking
Hi, no issues for a few days but double tracked again today. The program scheduled for 6-7pm continued till 10pm before I manually stopped it. Attached are screenshots of the scheduler, program run page and playback history (log files in the next post). Please check, thanks.
Re: Double tracking
Do you mind indicating, what exactly goes wrong and to what log entries I should take a look - resp. what the screenshots do show me.
E.g. I can not spot anything wrong in the screenshots?!
Funny to see, that the log entry times doesn't seem to match the scheduled times? Or am I spotting something wrong.
I need a bit of help to understand what exactly the logs are showing and what is wrong?
