Hello,

I configured the Multi region advert part of ProppFrexx.
I encounter 1 issue...
In the configuration of the advert manager, i have an opener and a closer.
On the main computer, this opener and closer is playing, but on the Slave computer NOT.
I tried first to configure the opener in the slots, no result. Now it is configured in the Overlay editor... still no opener and closer on the SLAVE overlayplayer.
Attached 2 printscreens (fyi- the white fields are the customers)
Any advice how to get this solved?

Are these files accessible from the Slave computer?! Same path, drives available there as well etc.?
Are you using/referencing the same Advert Storage Path from the Slave PC?

Then it sounds impossible.
You can turn on the Debug Logging on the Slave PC and send me the related Debug_...log file created to take a look at.

Plus post your screenshots of your related overlay entry configurations (where you defined the opener and closers) to look at them.

Or could it be, that you just edited the Overlay's Opener/Closer values and then immediately tested it?
I.e. could it be, that the new data wasn't loaded yet by the Slave instance?
If so, you might try to force loading the new Overlay Scheduler data by sending the OVERLAY_SCHEDULER_RELOAD control-command to the Slave - or Reload it manually on the Slave PC first.

I think I found the issue.
As you asked me same paths etc, I triple checked again and saw that the Overlay on MAIN was pointing to I:\Jingles\start adv
As the second region overlay should point to the same directory within the network, I need to change to \\STUDIO\studio_drive\Jingles\start adv so the opener and closer are seen by both computers.
I tested the overlays and seems to work.
Will have a listen at 9am and if no more reply, case solved
