Track inserts and downmix

Hi Bernd,
I have a script template consisting of a track insert (that calls the track number, like "number 40!", "number 39!" etcetera) followed by a track. All inserts use "VO: End With Ramp of Next Track" or "VO: Start With CueIn or End With Ramp of Next Track".
Question 1: What is the expected behaviour of "VO: Start With CueIn or End With Ramp of Next Track"?
I use New > Playlist from script template to generate a new playlist.
Question 2: Only the first 3 entries are automatically inserted into the tracks. Those are the ones that are also loaded into a player. All other numbers are added as a separate track in the playlist, instead of being inserted into the tracks. Is this normal?
I now select all lines in the playlist and go to Selection > Save as MP3. Now some of the inserts are played through/past the ramp of the next track. Those inserts are stored as separate lines in the playlist. They are so short, that PFOA registers the playtime as 0 seconds.
Question 3: Are the inserts too short for PFOA to properly play them BEFORE the next ramp? Of could question 2 have something to do with this problem?
Thanks,
Frank
-- call Number 40! (loaded into a player, inserted into track 40)
---- play track 40
-- call Number 39! (loaded into a player, inserted into track 39)
---- play track 39
-- call Number 38! (loaded into a player, inserted into track 38)
---- play track 38
-- call Number 37! (not loaded into a player, not inserted into track 37, added as a separate 0 second entry into the playlist)
---- play track 37 (Ramp is defined. Ramp has sufficient time to play "call Number 37!" before ramp ends).
