I guess I fixed it. I removed IN 1,2 and 3 since I use them only as output for player 1,2,3. An IN signal does make any sense since the only IN signal I need is IN 4 which is routed to the streamer. Thanks a lot for your help and sorry for my stupid mistake.

Just was about to replay, that is sounded like a buffer or device issue, eg. a buffering problem.
And yes, that can be caused by to many recordings in parallel which the device can not handle all at once.
Happy, that you solved it by removing the unneeded devices.
