Configuration ProppFrexx with Fireface Problem
Configuration ProppFrexx with Fireface Problem
Hello everybody,
I set up a whole new system and running into problems with PF and Fireface 8.
Situation:
Windows 10 with PF 4.2.4.2
Fireface 800
Behringer DX 2000 USB
I set up PF like the enclosed configuration. The problem now is, that I can listen to every single dedicated channel but in addition every channel appears on Analog 1+Analog 2 which is player A. In other words:
Player A goes on out 4
Player B goes on out 4+5 should go only 5
Player C goes on out 4+6 should go only 6
The interesting thing is, that the Analog 1+Analog 2 does not appear on my win sound sytem (see attached ss). Does anybody have any idea what might be wrong? Thanks for some help.

Re: Configuration ProppFrexx with Fireface Problem
First, Windows only lists the available WASAPI devices, but NOT the ASIO driver names, as suchh you can not compare those names! In your ASIO driver Panel you might identify them.
In addition, each mixer channel is setup as a stereo Channel! Ie. it uses two ASIO channels (left and right).
So it looks all correct. You probably have just wired your cables incorrectly.
ProppFrexx seems to do do nothing wrong

Fixed! Analog 1/2 is the speaker out. That is why all signals are audible on that channel
