Exclude from title update
Exclude from title update
How can I configure for different streaming servers different names for jingles when using exclude from title update feature?
For example jingle media type. I will have 2 streaming servers, one for Radio1 and second for Radio2 and I would like to have jingle titled as following:
Radio1 - Jingle
Radio2 - Jingle

Re: Exclude from title update
This is not possible.
The exclude from title update feature allows you to really exclude those entry types or to assign a global songtitle name to be used instead for the excluded media entry types.
But as those names are global, they are not specific per Streaming-Server.
As an alternative you might NOT exclude your Jingles, but use the Streaming-SongTitle-Format feature per Streaming-Server.
This allows you to define a SongTitle-Format per Streaming-Server, e.g. "Radio1: ${trackname}".
In such case, your Jingles must simply be tagged accordingly, so that they display a nice track name.
