Settings for Native Instruments Audio 8 DJ? Got some probs
Re: Settings for Native Instruments Audio 8 DJ? Got some pro
Thanks for these additional hints - they are all correct.
When dealing with input device there is even one more thing to notice.
Win7 by default often enabled certain 'sound optimizations' on input devices. These are actually DSPs which 'enrich' the sound.
Being honest most of the time they make it sound terribly bad.
The reason is, that MS tried to ease things for consumer users, e.g. using a bad build-in microphone with e.g. Skype.
However, with a decent equipment or even in professional use, you always have to turn those things back off again!
So also double-check your input device and disable any 'optimizations' there.

Sorry I didn't react for the long time ...
As it's only a hobby and I had much much work I didn't have time to do anything regarding this.
Well, meanwhile I've updated to Windows 8 (no new install, I just updated Win7).
I've only updated proppfrexx to the latest version, but haven't updated any driver ...
Till now it's running perfect for the last 45 Minutes ...
I have not changed any settings since the last time I've tried it ...
Strange, but I'm glad it works now
I'll keep you updated if I know something new regarding to this
