Re: Reload Advertising and Overlays
The 'Reload Advertising & Overlays' is disabled in two cases:
1. it hasen't changed since the last reload
2. you do not have the right (e.g. not using the Enterprise License)

Hi Bernd,
I have purchased Enterprise License.
Before I update everything worked.
What is wrong?

Updated from what?
Then it must be option 2. (see above).
What and how did you change the advert lib or overlay scheduler?

Re: Reload Advertising and Overlays
I did update 3.0.11.19 to 3.0.11.27 because I went there, said in an order and now after update I added advertising and does not give a refresh.
Re: Reload Advertising and Overlays
As said, the 'Reload Advertising & Overlays' is only enabled, if a reload is needed - meaning, if some data has been changed.
If no advert data has changed or no change was made in the Overlay Scheduler, there is no need to reload it and as such the button is disabled.
Note, that when you open the 'Overlay Scheduler' calendar directly from within ProppFrexx ONAIR its data is already reloaded and up-to-date.
So what advert data did you exactly change and how do you do that exactly - so that you believe a reload is actually needed?
