One more question? How can I print my playlist ad throughout the day.
I can not get to it. It offers me only: see Fig.
I need a printed list of what to broadcast advertising.

I am affraid, that no such report currently exists for a certain day.
Today you can 'only' generate a report called "Estimated effective Playouts" per Partner (just right-click on a Partner and select that report from the context menu).
This shows exactly whyt you are looking for, but on a per Partner basis.

I'll try to add a general "Estimated effective Playouts" showing the same but for all Partners for a certain day/date range.

It will be great. At least the moderator will know what advertising will follow.

The moderator might know that already.
Note, that within ProppFrexx ONAIR there is a "Current Overlay" popup window available (within the 'Scheduler Control' and 'DJ Control' ribbon).
When using the Overlay Scheduler and those Adverts are planned as such, this popup will show the moderator the upcomming overlays planned for that current programm resp. for that current hour.

Marian, cannot you simply create one and printed it on a printer? CTRL + 'P' should solve all of your problems ) But if that is too hard to do, you could hire an online printing service, such as ..... let me see what they have on Google ..... how about http://www.nextdayflyers.com/. I can see they can print lots of stuff for you, including booklets, bookmarks and brochures .... on the next day!

Have you tested the new 'Estimated Total Playouts' report which can be found in the new Advertising-Manager?
I hope this is the report you where looking for!
