Scheduler hanging
May I know why the scheduler sometimes doesn’t automatically play the next program?
This problem was observed over a few weeks, and happens on an irregular basis. Run scheduler is enabled, program settings same as other programs that has no issues. Screenshot of settings attached.

Re: Scheduler hanging
Which version are you using exactly?
However, there should be an entry in your Program Scheduler log to give more insight.
E.g. see the Tools ribbon tab -> Show Log-Files...

Re: Scheduler hanging
I doubt it's anything to do with the scripts tho. Settings the same as those that works. This issue happens with different scripts irregularly.

May I know how to check which version I'm using?
Re: Scheduler hanging
In the About Dialog, e.g. use the question mark icon at the very top right and select 'About...'
or use the exclamation mark icon at the very top bottom!
This will show you the exact version number and the edition you have purchased.
And you can then send me the content of the latest Scheduler-Log.

Re: Scheduler hanging
Thanks. I couldn't notice your mail address related to any purchased license - do you mind telling me to which registration it belongs to?!
Further: Which of the programs didn't start correctly (related to the logs you posted)?!
I can see, that the a program "Reflection of the day" couldn't be started, because its end-date was already reached.
The program you indicated above ("Hymns of the nave") was actually started successfully in the logs you provided.

Re: Scheduler hanging
The "Hymns of the nave" program is scheduled to start at 5pm, but didn't. Manually started it at around 5:30pm.
A different mail address was used to register this account - matthewpetersac@gmail.com
Also what does "end date was already reached" mean? Does that have to do with program or script settings?

Re: Scheduler hanging
In the Scheduler-Log there is no entry for "Hymns of the nave" at around 5pm - this means, that program was never triggered, as else you would have found an entry there.
Could it be, that you have defined multiple programs at the same time (overlapping).
Another question is than, what you have defined in the general settings, section Scripts/Scheduler - are you using the 'Continuous Mode'?
Or have you maybe defined a 'Condition' in the program entry itself.
There is for sure, some logical explanation, as it works well for all other customers since years without issues...
