Keep bed track at a constant volume
Re: Keep bed track at a constant volume
Thanks!
I have put my bed sound in the standby player now for which I have assigned a separate output so I can control the volume. I have also added some commands to TalkUser to play and pause the standby player when required.

Re: Keep bed track at a constant volume
Hi Bernd,
Sorry to resurrect this old thread again but I have run in to some issues with my Bed again.
I ran into some issues of the weekend and my setup got a bit messed up. I tried doing a restore and that caused other issues as well. What I did do remove all configs and started from scratch again.
What I have noticed though in my testing is that when I use the TalkUser function, the bed track which is in the standby player plays with no issues. When I try to do a second link using TalkUser, i see the track in standby player one start but there is no volume coming through.
Is there something that I need to check?

Re: Keep bed track at a constant volume
Have you done exactly what you did before?
Maybe you need to rewind the Standby player track at stop?!

Re: Keep bed track at a constant volume
Did everything as before.
Here are the settings I have!
Here are the settings I have!
So TalkUser On for the first time works fine and plays the bed, when TalkUser Off it stops. Then when i try again the track plays in the standby player but no sound comes throughOn TalkUser ON - STANDBY_PLAY 1
STANDBY_OUTPUTVOLUME_GET 1
On TalkUser OFF - PLS_CURRENT_AUTOPLAY_ON
STANDBY_PLAYPAUSE 1
STANDBY_RESET 1
Re: Keep bed track at a constant volume
Maybe you have somewhere else changed the output volume, muted the output… the commands given cannot explain this.
Dies that also happen, when you manually play or rewind the Stanbdby Player?
