Avatars only 16kB?

How? I can't get get a B&W image down to 16kB without it being too small to see. Even after tweaking in Photoshop.

You mean here in the board? If yes, yes, you might need to use an imaging software - but I cannot answer you that question here, as it is not related to ProppFrexx. So take a look to the phpBB Forum, as this User Forum is based on it.
ProppFrexx doesn’t use any Avatars?
