Multiple Entries In Programs

Hello everyone,

I was uninstalling another software recently and I noticed multiple instances of ONAIR in the Windows Uninstall area. Should this be? When we update to a new version, why isn't the old one taken out? Is this taking up multiple space on the computer? Here is a photo:



Should I delete/uninstall old version numbers? Usually software when updating gets rid of these old entries.

I just installed multiple (different) versions of ProppFrexx, but I can only see the last one:
