Can anyone help me add a radio logo/voice.
Re: Can anyone help me add a radio logo/voice.
In your above screenshot the media lib is being shown and not a program which starts the 'Test' script.
So you are probably not scheduling the program?
Regarding AutoDuck - see here: viewtopic.php?p=10768#p10768
Note, that you must check the 'AutoDuck' option in the respective Input Mixer channel configuration.
However, most users use the 'TalkOver' button (F2) to lower the main output volume while you talk manually.

Re: Can anyone help me add a radio logo/voice.
Yes, this is not a program where I want to use scripts. I have an existing playlist that is currently playing, and I want a station jingle to play after each song. I want to apply this to the active playlist. Would you be willing to set this up for me via TeamViewer? I’m willing to pay for your time.

Re: Can anyone help me add a radio logo/voice.
When you have an existing playlist you need to insert those jingles manually into that playlist - you can only automate things via a script, but not to a already created playlist by just playing that playlist and do things on top... that is not how ProppFrexx works.

Re: Can anyone help me add a radio logo/voice.
Ok. question why can't playlist save pls file ? when i want to add a program i can only add as pls file.
Re: Can anyone help me add a radio logo/voice.
Of course you can save any playlist also as a pls file (see the 'Save' ribbon tab - extend it and select 'Save Playlist As...')!
Eg. you can create a new playlist and then right-click and select ‚Add - Ads Tracks from…‘ from the context menu.
In the upcoming dialog you can specify a Script and the number of tracks or duration. Press OK.
Finally you can specify from the Main ribbon tab Save and save the newly created playlist as a pls file.
Is that what you are looking for?

Re: Can anyone help me add a radio logo/voice.
I can't. I have a list with several thousand songs. But using the 'add track' option, I can only add either 12 hours or 99 songs.
That's beside the point. I set it up like this for now (see the picture). For some reason, in the test, it only adds the jingle taken from the cartwall at the end of the list, not between each song. Why?

Re: Can anyone help me add a radio logo/voice.
You are just learning stuff...
The 'LoadPlaylist' script-line mode loads the entire playlist (in that single script-line). And after the next script-line is executed... so what you experience is exactly what you define and who this scrip-line mode works.
So use the LeastRecentlyPlayed mode as explained above.
In this case (I assume what you try to do) please do the following:

In this case (I assume what you try to do) please do the following:
- create a playlist based media library, using the pls file you just specified above
- now create a new script and define again two script-lines (as initially explained)
1. using the media lib you just defined
2. using a jingle cartwall - now try again and 'Add Tracks from...' using that script
- and yes, this function has a limit of max 23h:59m:59s, but why would you pre-create an even bigger playlist than a complete day
- ProppFrexx can schedule and run recurring script-programs for each hour or day - so there is no need to pre-create such huge playlist

Re: Can anyone help me add a radio logo/voice.
Many thanks. I probably got it
But one question. I only have two specific programmes on the radio at the moment. One that is on the 5th day of the week and one that is on the 2nd day of the week. The one that is on the 5th day of the week on this list has somewhere around 4.thousand songs. I set the program for the 5th day. Is the same list that I have set to 5.days running nicely on repeat until a new program should start ?
There is also the question of the number of listeners. I added it but it keeps showing 1.listener. Is there anything else I should configure to get the correct information ?

Re: Can anyone help me add a radio logo/voice.
The listener count is the value reported by that streaming server - so that info is correct. Maybe your Hoster relays that stream and the reported listener is just that relay stream? This needs to be answered by your streaming provider. So he is probably using another server for the real users.
Question: Are you streaming to the public?
Regarding you Programs:
By default (using the Schwduler ‚Continuous‘ Mode, see general settings, section Scripts/Scheduler) a started program runs til the next program is started.
Else you can also disable the Continuous mode. In this isolated mode the End Time of the program is effectively considered and the program ends there. Meaning it is stopped. If there is no next program defined you have ‚dead‘ air- which might be desired, if other uses are also steaming? That depends on what you aim for?

Re: Can anyone help me add a radio logo/voice.
Hello. No, I am not streaming to a wider audience. Only internally within my office and through a specific link.
I have a question about the playlist. The program is running, and I am adjusting the track transitions in the Segue Editor. But does it really not save my changes for the next time? If I load the same playlist again on a specific day, are the transitions reset to default, and I have to adjust them manually all over again?
