Re: PF crashes everytime
Bernd,
as you already discovered, i'm not that brilliant.Finfding a problem were PF doesn't starts on.
It crashes right at the start, the view is oke and than the activity of the proccesor gets on and the whole system stucks.
I just restarted W7 again.
Now i see i'm in the demo version again, so i entered my keys ( the right ones) and PF does still not start.
All other software works, so basicly i need to start format the computer again. Pffhff.
I'll format and contact you again.

Re: PF crashes everytime
Why format the whole computer?
You can also simply rename or remove the ProppFrexx AppUserData folder.
(e.g. C:\Users\yourlogonname\AppData\Roaming\radio42\ProppFrexx ONAIR\3.0)
That is the same for ProppFrexx as a full reset!
Maybe you copied some config files from your other machine and now PF got stuck with some audio drivers ?
But again, the above Logs will tell you exactly...
Plus again: Check the media lib entries...2.5 GB seems a bit too much for me!

Re: PF crashes everytime
I do not understand? What do you mean by "...log in with the same registration..."?
What has this to do with the 'crash'?
My above comments have been:
1) Check the ProppFrexx "Error.log" file!
2) Check the Windows Event Log!
3) Check why you use so much memory?
If it is ProppFrexx using 2.5 GB, it might be an out-of-memory exception you experience!
This however can be validated by 1) and 2) !
4) If it is an out-of-memory exception, it might be, that you are using hundred of thousand media entries?!
In that case you can use the Media Library Server (that can even run on the same PC!)
Note, that ProppFrexx is a 32-bit application and therefore can only address up to max. 3 GB memory!
So there is a lot to check on your side - and I guess this has nothing to do with any registration?!

Re: PF crashes everytime
I Did install Windows 7 again over 4 hours ago.
Since everything is deleted and i installed PF again i get a new id.
I need to let you know what that new id is so i can activate the software.
I'm not able to restore anything and Every info above ins't relevant anymore.
Thats the reason you got a new request.

Re: PF crashes everytime
As said, instead of reinstalling the OS again and again - you might first try to listen to the above and check what I tried to advise...that might have saved you from a lot of work...but...it is your decision

Re: PF crashes everytime
I guess you mean since yesterday or is it crashing tomorrow?
Form the picture I can also NOT see that it is crashing?!
However, what have you changed since yesterday?
Do you get any error messages?!
If it is a ProppFrexx error there MUST be an entry in the ProppFrexx 'Error.log' file, which is contained in the ProppFrexx AppUserData folder!
Please take a look into that file to see, if it contains an entry relating to the crash time.
If it is not a ProppFrexx error, but any other system error, there must be an entry in the windows event log!
So please also take a look there as well!
However, your memory consumption looks quite high (2.5 GB assuming you only run PF on that machine).
Have you may be added a lot of audio files to your media libs or added new media libs to ProppFrexx containing a lot of tracks (talking about hundered of thousand here)?!
If that is the case, it might be a simple out-of-memory exception!
In that case (I already pointed that out to you) you should try to use the Media Library Server, as explained here:
