Re: Countdown window
Did you start the Scheduler?
Note: Reminders are by default only started when the Scheduler is running OR you have enabled the "Always trigger Reminders" options in the general settings, section 'Scripts/Scheduler'.

See my post above! Have you set that as well?

Re: Countdown window
Bernd
I have another question about above.
Can i create the triggers on another system running proppfrexx, and import this in our production set.
This, because i don't have enough time before going on air, and other people using that system.
Thanx

That's clear to me, but wich one shoot be the remote client.
I want to use my laptop as the client where i make the changes, and it should connect to the instance which is running on the on-air
So can you explain how to configure both sides?
Thanx

Re: Countdown window
In that case do the following:
On your "On-Air" machine:
- make sure to specify the 'correct' path to the common scheduler calendar file
- make sure to enable the TCP/IP server option in the general settings, GPIO
On your "Laptop":
- make sure to specify the 'correct' path to the common scheduler calendar file
- make sure to enable the TCP/IP server option in the general settings, GPIO
- define your 'On-Air' machine as a 'Remote Client' in the RCM window
Thus (as explained above):
When you make a scheduler change on your "Laptop" it sends a notification to the 'other' remote clients - this this case the "On-Air" machine.

Re: Countdown window
Yes and No.
No, there is no import or export feature available for the scheduler.
But yes, you can modify the underlying scheduler (calendar file) using another system (ProppFrexx instance running on another machine), as long as both machines use the same scheduler (calendar file).
I.e. place your program scheduler calendar file (see 'General Settigns', section 'Scripts/Scheduler' - 'Scheduler Calendar' property) onto a shared (network) drive and configure both ProppFrexx instances to use the same file!
Note, that the changes made on once instance might not immediately be recognized by the other instance, unless the other instance manually or automatically reloads the scheduler data.
But if you have the 'Remote Client Manager' (see Main Mixer - RCM) configured accordingly and defined the 'other' instance as a remote client - a notification about any scheduler change will immediately be 'send' to the 'other' remote clients in order to inform them to automatically reload the calendar scheduler data accordingly.
