bad vt folder
Re: bad vt folder
Last update of my definitely missed transfer from my previous computert to the new one...
3 hours of shows from 9>12, were voicetracked yesterday till friday.
Their playlists were generated from the scheduler and they were all 3 saved at the end.
This morning at 9 PFOA generated a new playlist and didn't started the previous VTracked one.
I found it in the recent history from the main window so I started it manually.
I tried to open the previous recorder 9>12 of tomorrow from the scheduler.
then i got that message:

Re: bad vt folder
about the eror message here are my way to get it.
I choose in the main playlist add/ insert an embeded container/from a script and then when i try to open the menu of scripts the error message show up.
I'm sure this is related to the same kind of problem than my previouses ones...
Thanks,
T.

Re: bad vt folder
Absolutely yes that's the reason of all my problems, but unfortunately wasn't the solution. till your update
It seems with the update all of my scripts are now back under a category folder "AUTO"
I assume I have to recreate folders and re-edit all my scheduler with these new ones.... ? if there's another way, just tell me.
I just checked, I'm now able to write some new scripts... SO HAPPY I AM
and no error message anymore if i try to open an embeded script..
Thanks.

Re: bad vt folder
Please send me your full Error.log file and the exact steps to reproduce, as currently I can not reproduce that here.
What exactly are your doing (a detailed step by step instruction until the above error happens...)

Re: bad vt folder
The message 'Unable to open a template playlist' - 'No existing template playlist found...' simply indicates what I already expected.... your .pfs script files 'LoadPlaylist' script-lines still point to an old path which doesn't exist on your new PC anymore!
Please send me the related .pfs script file or post a screenshot with the LoadPlaylist script-line entry and validate the path for that LoadPlaylist entry...

Re: bad vt folder
Yes, the issue is exactly what I have already written!
Open your script in the script editor - and you'll notice, that the first 'LoadPlaylist' script-line still references a path which doesn't exist anymore - as you are now using a different user path!
The LoadPlaylist script-line references the following playlist file:
\Users\thomas\AppData\Roaming\radio42\ProppFrexx ONAIR\4.0\plstmp\${start_yyyy}${start_MM}${start_dd}_${start_HH}${start_mm}\${start_yyyy}${start_MM}${start_dd}_${start_HH}${start_mm}.pfp
I assume this must now be:
\Users\playl\AppData\Roaming\radio42\ProppFrexx ONAIR\4.0\plstmp\${start_yyyy}${start_MM}${start_dd}_${start_HH}${start_mm}\${start_yyyy}${start_MM}${start_dd}_${start_HH}${start_mm}.pfp
