Media libraries and playlists gone in media library server

Yesterday i noticed that my nonstop system wasn't working anymore.
Started the unit again and no nothing happened
After some investigation, i saw that all my media libraries and playlists in de media library server are gone.

Nothing happened here, using the latest version of proppfrexx version 4
Do i have to add them again, or can i recover those settings?

They would for sure never disappear by itself !
Maybe you had a disk crash or your hard drive was not accessible anymore? Or someone deleted them manually? Hard to say, but one thing is for sure: they cannot disappear just out of the blue.

Check the file "ProppFrexx MediaLibraryServer.medialibs" in the Media Library Server's AppUserData folder. If that file is 'empty' or gone someone must have deleted the entries or the entire file manually!
If that file still exists, open it with a text editor and check the paths in that file!
I once had a user, where his hard disk assignment changed from D: to E: and thus all media lib entries became invalid, as they now pointed to a non existing drive mapping.

And again, i updated my version to .25 and all my libraries are gone again. Watching te medialib file all is there, but nothing is displayed in the server anymore.
So no songs are available in proppfrexx.
Do you still beleve that i made a mistake?

I don't know what you do.
Do you gracefully shutdown the MLS before you do the update?
If not and you kill the MLS, I wouldn't wonder.
I can just say that I cannot reproduce hat here and that I haven't heard from other users that this is happening.
So I am wondering what I can do about it?

I have to kill it, because when i update proppfrexx, the media library server doesn't close, and right mouse button en close also is not working.
When i look in the config file all entries are there, but not vissible in the gui of the media library server

Then there is no wonder!
And there is no need to kill it!
When you do the update BEFORE you start the update process - just right-click on the MLS user inderface and select "Close Media Library Server" - depending on your media libs (as all will be fully saved at that time) this might take a couple of seconds up to 1 or 2 minutes... so just be patience...

What have you now done? When does this turn up?
Maybe you need to remove your broken files, as you previously killed the MLS instead of closing it.
So may be you need to delete you MLS AppUserData folder.
And set it up again.

I deleted all the folders in de media server folder in the app folder.
Started the server again, and it created back the 4.0 folder and the 4.0.1.25 folder.
I have added 1 media library and closed the server and started it again. Now the folder is still there.

After this i shutted down the server and addeded the ProppFrexx MediaLibraryServer.medialibs. Between the tags <MediaLibraries> and </MediaLibraries> i addedd this libraries:

Then started the server again, and nothing is there. This media file has worked before.
What can the problem be?

This is really driving me nuts. Deleted every entry and created a new one. Added all the media libraries and playlists like this
