Re: v4.1.5.15 - stable
Hi Bernd,
Today i update our studio machine but after thit we lost the GPOI control on our Airence
in the GPOI monitor we see the coding working well, but on PF it's not working.
What could cause this issue.

Re: v4.1.5.15 - stable
You need to always update all machines in parallel, as the remoteing lib has changed.
So make sure to also update your other PCs as well.

Re: v4.1.5.15 - stable
Hi Bernd,
thanks for your prompt reply.
the system in our studio is not connected to other systems.
So just a stand alone situation, so thats the strange thing.
What can i do to solve this issue?
The GPOI monitor see the commands from the cartwall as well fader starts but PF is not responding.

Re: v4.1.5.15 - stable
Do you start all from the same directory’s?
Else it would be the same.
Have you checked, if the GPIO Client application is really connected to the ProppFrexx ONAIR application? If not, check it’s network connection.
Maybe it suddenly got blocked, E.g. by your Windows Firewall or alike?

Hi Bernd,

But is the GPIO Client really connected - have you checked that?

Re: v4.1.5.15 - stable
Bernd, when I check the events and command
In settings and options I did a test on a command.
I get as control command result;
Error: could not dispatch command

Re: v4.1.5.15 - stable
Can you please post the full/exact error.
I assume the error comes from within the GPIO client?! If yes, and the client at least is connected (to both the D&R Mixer AND to ProppFrexx ONAIR), I can only assume, that it must be kind of firewall issue.
