This is a screenshot, that shows, that you have manually rearranged the docking windows and placed a tabbed dock panel (containing various windows, like the Find window) above the Playlist window and resized it, so that the Playlist window has almost no space left.
You should now rearrange the windows back to a location and size, which would make sense.

If you want to rearrange all windows to its default position, click on the 'Reset' - 'Layout' button in the general settings, section Look and Feel. A restart is required after.
You might also consider to create a 'Workspace' snapshot of a layout of your windows, see the View ribbon tab.
This would allow you reset to that saved layout snapshot at any time.
As already said: those ProppFrexx related questions would better fit into the 'Question & Answer' topic in this forum.
