It's created in the playlist : double click on the song then with the function hook and then save with meta data files

When you click on Save Meta Data Files, you save that data even in the third location!
As explained, there are three option to save meta data:
- the playlist file itself
- the TAG data of the audio file
- the extra .pfmd file
If you use all 3 locations you either need to keep them all in sync and make sure your remove them in one, also remove it from the other locations.
