Hello is it possible to add a video playout in the sofware to create somting like this when i go live in Propfrexx also a video clip is playing like this this is our Non stop video player

Unfortunately not. ProppFrexx is a pure audio system without video playback capabilities.
But there are 3rd party tool you can use and link with ProppFrexx. A partner of mine implements this. If you want, send me a personal mail and I establish a contact.
