Hi,

after upgrade getting the attached error. Program does not start

I never saw this error before, so I assume, that there is a general error/damage happening on your system.

Basically it says:
a) try to deinstall and reinstall the application.
b) try to repair your system files (sfc /scannow)
c) the last option (repair c++ redistributable) is not needed,as I ship them within a)

I hope one of the steps a) or b) will help.
