Found this in my music list. What is the purpose of this marker n°1 and how can I remove it

This look like a Hot Start marker, i.e. a marker which you might set to define a position to quickly jump to or play from - equal to what e.g. a physical CDJ Player offers. You can for example define and/or delete it (a simple right-click on the related Hot Start button does the job), when you open the 'Even Editor' popup window of the PFL Player - see here:
