Segue in Voicetrack/Segue-edit not saved
Re: Segue in Voicetrack/Segue-edit not saved
I see your videos and it is the same strange behavior as you have already shown initially - I just cannot reproduce it.
The -globalconfig really 'only' changes the location of the various configuraton options, mainly the location of the file "ProppFrexx ONAIR.config" file as well as all media-, cartwall- and script-libraries.
As such, please send me the local as well as global .config files (as already asked for). I really would like to compare both files in detail, as there must be some differences, as else I cannot explain it. The -globalconfig option alone cannot be the root cause.
And please also send me your exact command-line option, so see, if the option is fully correct (not, that it is not correctly resolved).

Re: Segue in Voicetrack/Segue-edit not saved
If your global folder contains no space, this should be okay, else I suggest to put quotes around it:
I have found the following differences between your folders:
1. ProppFrexx ONAIR.layout - this is normal, so nothing to look at and nothing to do!
2. The following files only exist in Q:\4.0 - so try to delete those files in Q:\4.0 (while PF is closed and after, please try again)
- ProppFrexx ONAIR.messages
- ProppFrexx ONAIR.mixing
- ProppFrexx ONAIR.mixing.bat
- ProppFrexx ONAIR.rulesets
I actually can only think of the "ProppFrexx ONAIR.mixing" file, as here you have set for the media entry "Music" the ACPD Option "ForceRecalc".
And that option actually forces a recalculation of the ACPD - and as such, each time a Music track is used, the cue-points are forced to be recalculated.
And exactly THAT would explain your behavior!
ALTERNATIVELY you can of course just remove that option in the "Mixing per Media Type..." in the general settings!
I don't know, what other mixing setting you either want to keep or remove...
And please forgive me, but that was exactly what I initially asked:
Code: Select all
"C:\Development\BASS_x64\ProppFrexx.UI\Samples\CS\ProppFrexx ONAIR\bin\Debug\ProppFrexx ONAIR.exe" -usbreg -globalconfig "Q:\4.0"

However, please compare your general settings on the two PCs, e.g.
- your Mixing per Media Type settings (also for your VT/Announcement)

Re: Segue in Voicetrack/Segue-edit not saved
Hi,
Thank you Bernd, the problem is fixed!!!
I think the " " solved the problem, I have changed it to:
"C:\Program Files\radio42\ProppFrexx ONAIR\ProppFrexx ONAIR.exe" -usbreg -globalconfig "Q:\4.0"
I also deleted the files who only exist on the Q-drive.
And sorry if I didn't understand you or missed something earlier.
Thank you again and have a nice evening.
Greets,
Harm Jan.

Re: Segue in Voicetrack/Segue-edit not saved
The solution was NOT the quotes.
The reason WAS the „RecalcACPD“ option, which was set for all Music tracks.
But good, that it is now solved.
